Linda Jackson, Director

As founder and President of Team TIBCO Women's Professional Cycling Team, Linda has built one of the most rapidly growing and highly successful professional women's teams in the U.S. Linda oversees all program operations as well as managing business relations and program fundraising through her sports marketing and management company, To The Top LLC. In addition to directing the TIBCO Elite Team and Development squad, Linda coaches individual athletes (for information on coaching, click here).

Liza Rachetto, Development Team Assistant Director

Liza Rachetto serves as Assistant Director for the Team TIBCO Development squad, in addition to managing team development and administration for the program.

Steven Sperling, Head Mechanic

Head Mechanic Steven Sperling manages all team vehicles and equipment, including problem diagnosis and full repair and servicing of all racing equipment.

Patty Phillips, Communications Director

Communications Director Patty Phillips oversees all aspects of team communications, including press releases and newsletters, and spearheads community and media collaborations..
