The foundation will support two levels of riders: development riders and elite level riders. The age groups of these athletes represent the age of cyclists typically selected to represent the U.S in Olympic and Pan American Games. All of the riders considered are licensed competitors in the U.S and are governed under the United States Cycling Foundation (USCF).
