In this regard, it will support and develop amateur female cyclists that show the potential to perform well at national and international cycling competitions. The objective of the foundation is to develop potential contenders for the Olympic Games and for other international events including the Pan-American Games. The foundation will support two levels of riders: development riders and elite level riders. The age groups of these athletes represent the age of cyclists typically selected to represent the U.S in Olympic and Pan American Games.
